Some of you (you lot know the whole 4 of y'all that follow along regularly) may have noticed the consummate downwards spiral that this web log has been in lately. I'm not really making anything creative, and heck, I'grand lucky if I go 2 posts up a calendar week. If I'1000 being 100% honest, I haven't sat downward at my sewing motorcar in over 2 months…ii MONTHS!

But why?

I could blame it on…

the niggling monster having a sudden bout of the terrible twos…

everyday life:

– 1 of the cats has a UTI
– I bankrupt 2 teeth terminal week (eating french fries!!) and need to get crowns
– Rearranging the house
– Decorating for Halloween (plus costumes)
– New tires for the car
– Potty training (who am I kidding, we gave up!)
– Dr. appointments
– Birthdays
– Cleaning
– Grocery Shopping
– Looking for a car (still)
I'm sure you all take the same kind of list at your house.

But, none of those things would be he existent reason that I haven't been getting anything done.
Here's the truth…

I'm Pregnant!

and

I've never been so exhausted in my whole life!

Everyday when nap time (aka prime sewing time) rolls around I think I'chiliad asleep before Reli'southward music toy even stops singing. Then in the evening I'k usually asleep by 9:00 so no chance for creativity there either. I experience so ridiculously lazy, but there doesn't seem to exist anything I can exercise near information technology!

The funny thing is that I've been making upwardly for my lack of sewing with an excess of cooking and cleaning. Information technology's about like the "nesting" hit early, only without the extra energy. (seriously, last calendar week I scrubbed the kitchen floor with a scrub brush on my knees. Cinderella fashion!)  This might explain all the "football game" cooking (and baking) too. Hopefully as this 2nd trimester gets more underway things volition start to return to something close to normal, and I'll get dorsum to the sewing and crafting.

Simply I hope this explains my desultory posting, and the horribly long time information technology has been taking me to rely to your comments. I practise Really appreciate all of your comments! Just delight don't requite up on me and recall I'm turning into a flake who never posts if I'm missing for a few days and don't sew anything for awhile.

And for the questions anybody always wants to know…

I didn't get sick the outset few months, but I had that "If I could just be sick I'd feel and then much better!" feeling constantly.

Nosotros don't know what it is however, simply I'thousand absolutely gonna find out! (sometime around Thanksgiving)

I'one thousand due on April, Friday the 13th. How cool is that? Wonder what information technology says about this little ones personality?

Most of you have been through this at least one time earlier so thank you for understanding. I promise I'll make it all up to you lot with some really cute baby projects, and maybe even some fun toddler patterns! (Somewhen…)
